✦Terms of Service✦

GENERAL
✦ By commissioning me, I will assume that you have already read and agreed with all rules written here.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission. if it goes beyond my abilities or if I'm simply uncomfortable with it. however, I am not required to state my reasons if they are personal or if I do not wish to share them.
✦ If you don't want your commission to be posted or you want it to be kept hidden until a specific date, please specify it when commissioning me.
✦ NOT First Come, First Serve.

PAYMENT & FEES
✦ Payment is done Upfront (i will only start working after the payment is made).
✦ Prices listed here are for Personal use. For Commercial use, please contact me first.
✦ Payment is made through Paypal only.
✦ All prices listed are in USD.
✦ Privacy fee will be applied, if I need to maintain confidentiality for MORE than one month.
✦ All prices listed are base prices per character. Difficult design may vary the prices.
✦ Once payment have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and Deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
✦ Client are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.REVISIONS
✦ Revisions can only be done 3 times during sketch process.
✦ Once the sketch is approved, you can no longer ask for huge changes. Only additions or minor changes are allowed.
✦ Revisions may affect progress and timeline.DEADLINES and DELIVERY
✦ All commissions will be completed in a max of 3 months (queue applied).
✦ TAT 3-14 days per one commissions. (the turnaround time will be longer if the client requires more than one work).
✦ Please let me know if there’s a deadline/rush order, if not I'll be taking my time to finish.RIGHTS & USAGE
✦ I reserve all rights over the artwork i made, but not over the characters/OCs drawn.
✦ I may use your commission as portfolio and publishing work online unless indicated beforehand to be kept private.
✦ Please credit me at least once.
✦ The client may use the commissioned artwork as desired, as long as it respects the commission type paid (Personal/Commercial).
✦ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstantes, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for NFT. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
✦ Clients may not use commissioned artwork to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence (AI).
✦ Clients may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own art.REFUNDS
✦ After the payment and your order are confirmed, there are NO REFUNDS.
✦ If I started your commission and then find myself unable to complete it, I'll give you a partial refund depending on how much did I progress on it. Refunds will never be a 100% of the total paid.
✦ Clients have the right to request refunds 2 months after deadlines, if the Work has not been delivered.
